The visitors sit nine points outside fourth position and need an outright victory while relying on other results to scrape into the A Grade finals.
Pomonal is coming off a win against bottom-placed Halls Gap but will face a tougher challenge this time with the Clubbers set to go into the match as favourites.
The bowlers dominated in Youth Club’s last game, but the batsmen will no doubt be looking forward to getting back to Central Park, a more predictable wicket than the one at Tatyoon.
Both teams will no doubt be hoping to finish the season with a strong performance and a win, with Pomonal only having three wins to its name while the Clubbers have won five matches.
The Stawell ground is also more conducive to higher scores with shorter boundaries straight down the ground which should provide for an intriguing final round clash between the two teams in the bottom half of the ladder.
The Youth Club bowlers will have to be on their game with the team needing quick wickets if they bowl fast to create the outright win chance.
The match is scheduled to start at 1pm at Stawell’s Central Park.
