Reigning premier Mininera will be away from its home court as it faces Willaura to start its premiership defence.
Mininera will start the match as favourites to pick up the points in the season opener but Willaura should not be underestimated on the court and will be trying to develop some early season confidence amongst the group.
The 2016-17 runner-up Skipton will open its season against Yalla-Y-Poora on its home court.
The visitors showed last year they had the ability to play good tennis and will be hoping that continues into the new season.
Tatyoon will have to wait an extra week with the team set for a bye in the first round of the season.
The team will take to the court in round two to open its Mininera and district pennant tennis season.
