Jackson Koop part of Victorian Bushrangers squad

FORMER Boyeo cricketer Jackson Koop has once again been granted a rookie contract with the Victorian Bushrangers.

The 22-year-old bowling all-rounder was awarded a rookie contract for the first time in the 2016-17 season.

His performances in Victorian Premier Cricket and with Victoria’s under-23 side saw him rewarded with a rookie contract for a second season.

Koop is part of a 30-man squad that will be captained by Peter Handscomb. He is one of five players on rookie contracts.
