Police are urging anyone who witnessed a two-car crash that left three teenagers with serious injuries to come forward.

Two sedans collided on the Rokewood-Skipton Road just before 3.30pm on Sunday. Three people were inside their vehicles for a number of hours while emergency services worked to free them.
A 19-year-old Ararat man his 19-year-old female Ararat passenger were freed and conveyed to a Melbourne hospital.
The female driver of the second vehicle, an 18-year-old Geelong woman, was also conveyed to hospital. She was the sole occupant of her vehicle.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit attended the scene and are investigating the incident.

Police and emergency services attended a two car head on collision in Mannibadar on the Rokewood to Skipton Road just before 3.30pm.
Three people were trapped in the wreckage following the collision.
The driver of one vehicle, a 19-year-old Ararat man, and his passenger, a 19-year-old Ararat woman, were freed and conveyed to hospital in Melbourne.
The female driver of the second vehicle, an 18-year-old Geelong woman, was also conveyed to hospital.
She was the sole occupant of her vehicle.

EARLIER
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said two females and a male, all believed to be teenagers, were trapped in the vehicles as a result of a crash at 3.20pm.
Mr Mullen said three air ambulances had been dispatched and were en-route to the crash site at the intersection of Rokewood-Skipton Road and Pittong-Lismore Road.
He said the male was believed to have suffered pelvic injuries while both women had sustained leg injuries.
Emergency services, including multiple CFA units, are on site attempting to free the patients.
