7pm: The annual East Grampians Health Service Auxiliary's WWW dinner will be held tonight at the Ararat Performing Arts Centre with another wacky theme to follow last year's 'Swinging 60s' - See a future edition of The Ararat Advertiser for photos from the event.

Saturday: Plenty of local football action in the Mininera with Moyston/Willaura and Wickliffe/Lake Bolac clashing at Moyston, while at Alexandra Oval the Eagles will host Tatyoon.
Tomorrow night the Ararat SES will hold their annual awards night at Chalambar Golf Club.
Sunday: The Ararat and Great Western communities are invited a family barbecue this Sunday at 12.30pm to be held at the Great Western Football Clubrooms to give three local women a great send off on the Rover Dream project.
As part of National Tree Day, the Ararat Landcare Group will be planting trees in the Cemetery Creek area (off Grano and Nichol Streets) from 2pm-4pm.
