The students will be accompanied by two teachers and a member of the Yiwu Foreign Affairs department. The Economic and Cultural Development team will assist with the planning of the visit and liaise with local schools in relation to providing host accommodation and cultural experiences.
During the past three months Ararat Rural City has hosted three delegations from China, including from Dongyang, Guangdong Shenzen and Pudong New Area
Dongyang and Pudong are both wealthy trading cities and may potentially provide significant opportunities for the transportation and sale of products from the Ararat Rural City Council municipality.
