All members and the general public are invited to participate, with walkers to assemble at the playground in time to head off for a lap around the lake at 11am.
Following the walk there will be a picnic lunch with BYO food drinks and chairs - look out for the balloons.
For those who are interested, the group meets monthly in Ararat at local cafes and hotels for lunch.
It is a social group that gets together to share parenting tips and advice about the challenges of raising a child on the Autism Spectrum. Your child does not have to have a diagnosis.
There are no joining fees and the group has an extensive library of books on Autism subjects and subscribes to several newsletters which are available for loan.
The group is sponsored by Wimmera Uniting Care and Grampians Community Health.
