Police from Ararat have charged two men following an intercept on the Western Highway yesterday.

Officers stopped an allegedly stolen car on the highway at Dobie around 5.30am.
A 25-year-old Blackburn man and a 30-year-old Kings Meadows man were arrested and the car searched.
Police allege that during the search a quantity of counterfeit notes and printing equipments was located.
Both men were charged with theft of motor vehicle, make counterfeit note, possess counterfeit note and possess instrument for making counterfeit note.
They appeared at the Horsham Magistrates’ Court today and were remanded to appear in April.
