The new bear is available at reception for members of the public to purchase. The bears are $65 each, if people are paying cash they are required to pay with the correct denomination of funds.
Edition 14 of Constable T Bear is joining the Public Order Response Team (PORT).
The creators believe this year's bear is the best ever, with factories in four countries used to manufacture components for the bear.
Edition 14 features a helmet that comes from the same factory that supplies law enforcement agencies around the world.
Money raised through the purchase of the T-Bears goes towards the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation.
The organisation perpetuates the memory of members of the Victoria Police killed in the line of duty through the support of health facilities within Victoria.
