Safer steps for shoppers with new Barkly Street crossing

THE new, raised pedestrian crossing in Barkly Street is now complete improving safety and accessibility for shoppers in Ararat’s CBD. Member for Ripon Martha Haylett along with Ararat Rural City Council Mayor Bob Sanders officially opened the new raised crossing last week.
