Biddle is no stranger to coaching, having coached juniors in the past, and is looking forward to her first gig as A-Grade coach.

“I am excited to coach a young group of girls who are motivated to do better than this year,” she said.

“We have had a lot of growth this season, and we are looking forward to taking it to the next step in 2026.”

“It’s really special and nice to be appointed coach after only one year at the club, as it shows the club as a whole is supportive and wanted me to be here,” she said.

“They showed how supportive they were during the year, and appointing me as coach next year shows that they will continue to support me through my career here.”

With an abundance of talented youngsters coming through the junior ranks, Biddle is looking forward to seeing them develop.

Her predecessor, Sally Noble, has done a tremendous job over the last two years, particularly this past season, making the elimination finals, having gone winless in 2024.

“I think what I will take from Sally is to give everyone a fair shot and take everyone’s potential to the next level,” Biddle said.

“We have a lot of young girls coming through, and there is good potential for them to develop as the years go on.

“I aim to focus on the simple things, as if you do the simple things really well, you will perform well, and then you can be fancy from there.”
