Site Manager - Contract

Hays have partnered with multiple highly reputable builders looking for Site Managers to deliver a range of exciting projects throughout Melbourne in 2022. With several opportunities available across the Fit-out space and Commercial new build projects.

Your new role

• Organising Subcontractors & ensuring day to day activities on site run smoothly and on time.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and incident investigations.
• Take responsibility for OHS compliance while ensuring any areas of risk are minimised for our clients and candidates.
• Multiple roles available, live locations are: CBD, North Melbourne, Deakin, Monash, Kensington.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Site Manager position delivering similar projects (local experience preferred but not a necessity).
• Experience on Fit out projects with a minimum value of $1M.
• Relevant trade qualifications in building.
• Experience in coordinating a team of contractors, adhering to the construction program timeline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ideally experience in using Hammertech.
• Proactive attitude to health & safety protocols.
• Commitment to the completion of the contract.
