Your new role
- Project management
- Lead creation of project management templates – project plan, risk register, issues
register with automatic linking to dashboard
- Lead liaison with communications team around changing templates to new brand and placing on Intranet
- Improve Corporate Reporting
- Creating automated workflows to improve data collection
- KPI project - Create KPI dashboards, reports and collection sheets
- Business as usual:
- Assist with building new sheets required for 22/23 financial year (Minor Capital Works, WHS)
- Support business units with their reporting requirements (e.g. Regional Delivery, Grants, Audit
Risk & Governance)
- Support development of branch risk register and monitoring of Branch plan
What you'll need to succeed
- Project management skills and experience
- Key Performance Indicators knowledge or experience
- Stakeholder engagement – demonstrated ability to engage with business units, collaborate,advise and collect input to requirements
- Smartsheet or Power BI experience would be an advantage
What you'll get in return
Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. Hourly rate from $60-70/hour + Super. Flexible working arrangements can be offered to have a balance between work from home and the head office at Sydney Olympic Park.
