Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this Victorian Public Service Department is seeking a permanent People & Culture Business Partner, providing generalist Human Resources advice and expertise across the department.

Your new role

• Lead and drive engagement with the employee lifecycle
• Support and coach leaders in effective recruitment, workplace relations and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
• Lead assigned initiatives to implementation and embedding stages
• Facilitate a performance culture and work with leaders

What you'll need to succeed

• Track record partnering with senior leaders
• Ability to lean on Employee and Industrial Relations knowledge
• Proven generalist Human Resources experience
• Victorian Public Service experience desirable, however not essential
