Global Retail brand with head office in Sydney and over 250 employees nationally across an expanding store network, head office and ecommerce.
Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be HR Manager for the business supporting in all aspects of operational and strategic people programs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience of working as an HR professional in the retail sector be that fashion, beauty, food, furniture etc... Or a similar aligned industry. You will be an all rounder who enjoys variety and coaching all levels of employees. You must have strong influencing skills and have excellent ER expertise including performance and dealing with complex issues. Ideally someone who is passionate about retail and loves working in customer focused cultures.
You will love both operational HR work as well as more strategic projects and be happy to adapt in the role depending on the needs of the day or the moment. You will have experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner before and want to continue developing.
