Your new company
This NFP organisation focuses on integrating health services to improve the effectiveness of medical services and improve their efficiency so that care can be delivered to the right people on time. They play an important role in coordinating change across the healthcare system by aiming to continually improve these health services.

Your new role
This role is suitable for a senior administration person that is looking to get experience and exposure to HR processes and systems. Your duties and responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

  • Performing front desk office reception work and admin support (telephone work, greeting visitors)
  • Office management including managing the training room, catering, office supplies, parking bookings
  • Assisting the HR lead through carrying out recruitment processes, training and development, onboarding
  • Customer service and supporting clients
  • Accurate data management and record keeping as well as document control
  • Updating systems in regard to the Workplace and WHS legislation for the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience
  • Experienced in HR systems (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
