Our specialist Technology recruitment business has a strong national presence dedicated to servicing Technology professionals across ANZ. We have introduced a new Client Engagement Model designed deliver a high-level service that meets our clients’ varying needs in an effective and adaptable way; making us responsive to changing market conditions and able to capitalise on every opportunity.

This is your opportunity to join a team that is over 200% up YOY and play a huge part in the management and delivery of a number of Hays’s most profitable key accounts; alongside growing our footprint in the wider market by bringing on new business within the ever-emerging Fintech space.

As a Client Engagement Manager you will be fully client-facing and be responsible for ensuring you build and maintain good working relationships with line managers and internal talent teams, in order to maximise the delivery partners opportunity to fill as many roles as possible.

You will regularly meet new and existing clients face to face and attend and organise relevant networking and profile building events. Using the suite of cutting-edge internal systems available at Hays, you will also regularly analyse client and sales data to capitalise on opportunities with existing key accounts and to identify potential new business prospects.

Ideally with a knowledge of Technology and/or the Financial Services domain, you will need to be a strong and articulate communicator with a strength in business development to help deliver insights and market feedback to clients at all levels of a business.

The right person for this role will be proactive in developing relationships and able to demonstrate a track record of both quick wins through tactical sales and larger account wins through a strategic approach. You will be adept with presenting to clients, a strong negotiator and able to effectively consult with and manage client expectations. Internally, it’s important that you can build strong relationships across other specialisms’ in our business and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll have high energy, passion and a focus on establishing strong relationship and great service delivery, you’ll thrive working in a fast-paced environment, within a complex organisations and in a highly competitive market. This role is based in our Sydney Head Office in Chifley Tower, close to all of Sydney’s famous landmarks, has a great team atmosphere and is a fantastic place to work.
