Is the return of passenger rail off the political agenda?
THE campaign to return passenger trains to Stawell and Horsham seems to have gone cold with neither the Victorian Government or opposition talking up the issue.
Lowan MP Emma Kealy is keen to get passenger trains running again to Stawell and Horsham but her party doesn’t seem quite so enthusiastic.
