150 years of rail

PASSENGER trains to Stawell may be few and far between these days, but that didn’t stop a big celebration on Sunday to mark the 150th anniversary of rail to our region. Stawell Railway Gallery brought together old railway workers, artists, historians, the Stawell City Brass Band and members of the public to to the historic Stawell Railway Station to celebrate the important milestone.
