Jordan Khan appeared in the Stawell Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, October 26, where he pleaded guilty to a high-range speeding offence.
The court heard Khan was observed by Victoria Police travelling "at a fast rate of speed" on the Hamilton Highway at Mortlake on October 24, 2020.
At 5pm on the day, police detected Khan travelling at 126 km/h in a 100 km/h zone while driving his Hyundai Lantra before they intercepted his vehicle.

The 19-year-old offender provided a valid Victorian probationary licence and said he was speeding because he "wasn't paying attention".
Khan, who represented himself in the Stawell Magistrate's Court, said the offending was a "lapse in judgment.
"It was just a lapse in judgement for a split second," he said.

In punishing Khan, Magistrate Tim Walsh was clear in his message.
"When you are back on the road concentrate and don't speed," he said.
"You are at a very high-risk age group for having car accidents.
"I grew up in a place called Bairnsdale, and I can name 15 people who were killed in car accidents ... none of them thought it was going to happen to them.
"Cars are dangerous things."
Khan's licence was suspended for three months, from October 26 2021, and he was fined $200.
