The league will resume with round 11, having scrapped round 10 due to Victoria's most recent lockdown.
ADJFA president Shane Jenkins said the season's resumption was more than welcome, with players raring to go.
"They'll all keen to get back out and get into it again. We've had a few parents asking what's going on. Everyone's pretty keen to get back," he said.
"We've scrapped (round 10), so we've got two home and away games left, and then three weeks of finals. That's what we're aiming for, fingers crossed."

The biggest challenge in keeping the season running was logistics, Jenkins said.
"It's just about juggling it all, so we're not clashing with other leagues. We're trying not to have our grand final on the same weekend as the Wimmera League, for example," he said.
"But we want to keep our kids playing as much football as we can. We don't want to just wrap the season up, just because COVID's pushed us back."
Jenkins said juniors deserved to play football just as much as anyone else.
"More than anyone else, probably. They've had a lot of sport taken away from them in the last couple of years. We'll try to keep the season going as much as we can," he said.
Looking towards the future, Jenkins said the league was in good position despite the disrupted season.
"Our numbers from the start of this year have really, really improved. Our competition is looking really strong, going into 2022," he said.
"Fingers crossed we can put (COVID-19) behind us and get a real good crack at it next year."
