The trio will be playing the Ararat Hotel Red Room at 8pm on June 20. The ticket price will be $20.
Gallie last performed for Ararat Live in May 2016 as part of the trio - A Very Round Robin, with Rosey and Aine Tyrrell.
Back in November 2015 Ararat Live hosted Gallie and Paddy Montgomery as part of the nationwide tour for the release of his debut album ‘Occoquan River’
Since then, Irish-born Gallie has received critical acclaim for his album, making it onto a number of publications’ ‘best albums of the year’ lists
Ararat Live audiences have attested to Gallie’ reputation as a powerhouse live performer and songwriter.
These performances that have made him a favourite at many festivals over the years, including Queenscliff Music Festival, Yackandandah and The National Celtic Festival.
He spent many years travelling the world playing music especially in Europe, Ireland, England and France.
Gallie will be performing new songs from his planned new record due for release later this year.
“These years of being on the road the people I’ve met, the experiences I’ve had, that all creeps into the songs,” Gallie said.
