Tatyoon will go into the match as heavy favourite after finishing the season at the top of the ladder with Chalambar players needing to play their best cricket of the season to have a chance of getting the win.
The minor premiers lost just 17 wickets across four matches, showing their batting strength in the top and middle order.
Chalambar has made 501 runs from its five matches and will need to be aggressive if they are to make a total big enough to defend if the team bats first.
The toss could be critical to the match with conditions showers expected early in the day, giving Tatyoon the advantage after finishing in top spot.
Willaura Recreation Reserve will host the season-ending clash.
The first ball for the season decider is scheduled for 10am.
