Alice Culling will return to the world stage after she was selected in the Australian squad for the Track Cycling Junior World Championships in Europe later this year.

Culling said it was an enormous honour to represent Australia on the world cycling stage again.
"Putting on the green and gold is always a special feeling,’ she said.
"I have got the knowledge of what to expect this year but it is quite important to ensure I put my best foot forward given this is my last year in the junior under-19 system.”
The 2018 championships will also provide Culling with a chance to take on a leadership with much of the squad yet to attend the big event.
"There is only one or two riders that are bottom agers, so it shows how strong our squad is this year,” she said.
"I am sure those bottom-agers will take in everything just like I did last year.
"Myself and one other person are the only cyclists who have been to the world championships before, so it is a good chance to share our knowledge.”
It will be a different preparation this year for Culling, going into the champs with less competitive racing in the lead-up.
"This year there is not as much racing going into the championships, after this month I do not have much racing until I leave,” he said.
"Lots of my track training will be at Melbourne but the training camps will be in Tasmania and Adelaide again prior to flying out to Europe.
The junior championships will be hosted in Switzerland in August.
