The two teams were the clear standouts throughout the season with Elmhurst claiming the minor premiership ahead of Crowlands in second position.
Both teams look evenly matched across all three sections, meaning it should be a fascinating contest to decide which team will claim the top honour for the 2017-18 season.
The two teams faced each other just three weeks ago with Elmhurst winning two of the three sections but winning by just five games overall.
Crowlands won the men’s section in the previous match between the two teams but it will need to improve on that effort if they are to knock off Elmhurst for the senior tennis title.
The game will be played at Buangor with the season decider set to get underway at 11.30am.
