The reigning premier finished the season in second place and will clash against Tatyoon at Alexandra Oval over the weekend.
Jack Ganley has been in good form in recent weeks.
Unfortunately Tom Taurau will be unavailable for selection in the A Grade team due to his suspension as B Grade captain.
Captain Chris Jerram could also prove to be a handful for the Tatyoon batsmen with the spinner claiming two wickets in his most recent game at Alexandra Oval.
The Tatyoon team has played two home games in a row, leading into finals with the ground not as conducive to higher scores than the main Ararat ground.
The batsmen will need to readjust with higher scores required than in recent games if the team is to be competitive in the semi-final.
The match is set for a 1pm start on Saturday and will continue on Sunday.
