The Grampians Cricket Association pennant committee has suspended Buangor’s B Grade captain Tom Taurau for two games after the team was found to have played A Grade players in the lower division without necessary paperwork.

Taurau was handed a suspended sentence for the same thing last year with the association enforcing the suspension on Monday night.
St Andrews was stripped of points from earlier in the season after by-laws were broken regarding a non-fielding player taking to the crease earlier than allowed.
David Hosking batted against Pomonal despite not fielding in the previous innings.
The A Grade result between Pomonal and Combine was also altered with both teams now receiving six points. The association acknowledged the fixture change caused the issue.
