This year the Willaura Recreation Reserve will host a temporary pub to make sure everyone can have a drink and a meal after the race on February 24.
Heather Fleming, one of the Farm to Pub organisers, said the number of registered participants was looking strong, and everything was in place for the afternoon’s events.
“Thankfully the heat wont be an issue and those taking part will be able to comfortably enjoy all that’s on offer,” she said.
“This includes an optional dip in the Willaura Pool, meals and snacks, the Working Dog Jump Competition, live music and a free jumping castle for the children.
The Beyondblue raffle will be drawn on the night, with the winner taking home 4 tickets to an AFL 2018 Preliminary Final at the MCG.”
There run, walk and ride options for everybody and all ages and abilities.
The day begins at the Willaura Recreation reserve from 4pm and buses are available to take competitors to the 16, eight and five kilometre starting points.
All are welcome to come along to compete, cheer on the entrants and enjoy the entertainment and refreshments afterwards.
Registration closes on Friday with late entries for all categories will be accepted on race day at the Willaura Recreation Reserve until one hour before each event.
Late entrants may only participate as fun runners – times will not be captured and results not official.
