It is set to be an intriguing battle, as Swifts-Great Western has lost just the one game for the year and has already locked in a top two spot.
Matt Delzotto is in great form for the home team with the Clubbers needing to dismiss him early to limit his impact on the game.
Chalambar v Willaura
Chalambar and Willaura will clash in another match with likely top four ramifications.
The home team has locked in a top two spot with Willaura looking for a perfect end to the season with two wins required to be a chance at playing finals.
Reece Kettle has been in stunning form for Chalambar and is one Willaura will need to try and combat if it is to get the points on Saturday.
The visitors will go in as underdogs but could surprise if they play to their potential for the full game.
Pomonal v Rhymney-Moyston
Pomonal will face a tough test when it hosts Rhymney-Moyston in its round 16 match.
The visitors are also part of the cluster midtable that are hoping to break into the top four but the team are also in a must-win position in the final two weeks to qualify.
The home team should be full of confidence after a dominant win last week and will be hoping to take that form into the match this weekend and keep the momentum going in the final rounds of the season.
Buangor v Halls Gap
With both teams unlikely to feature in the finals, it will be all about pride when Halls Gap travels to face Buangor at the weekend.
The Gappers have struggled in B Grade, much like the A Grade team with the group bowled out in less than 14 overs last round against St Andrews.
The team will need a much better effort with the bat if it is to even compete with Buangor on its home ground and get the points.
Buangor will go into the match as favourites to get the points.
Wickliffe-Lake Bolac v St Andrews
Wickliffe-Lake Bolac will be hoping for another good performance when it hosts St Andrews in what could be a high-scoring clash.
Both teams have looked solid in recent weeks at the crease and the bowlers from both teams will have to work hard to get wickets during the match.
It will be interesting to see how both teams approach it with St Andrews only two weeks away from finals while Wickliffe-Lake Bolac sits at the bottom of the ladder, despite good games recently.
