The group owns Millers, Katies, Crossroads, Autograph, City Chic, and Rivers.
Horsham has stores for all brands except City Chic.
The group announced on Tuesday it would close about 300 under-performing stores over the next three years, but has not said which outlets will be affected.
The group has more than 1000 stores across Australia.
A customer care representative said the six brands under Specialty Fashion Group would continue to grow and prosper as it worked to provide customers with the service and products they expected.
“In order to do so, as a business, we need to always be reviewing our existing stores and opening new stores, as required,” she said.
“Over the next couple of years, Specialty Fashion Group will close a number of our stores across our brands.”
The store closure announcement came after more than half Specialty Fashion Group’s shareholders voted against the group's remuneration report at an annual meeting on Tuesday.
Specialty Fashion Group posted an $8.8-million after-tax loss last year.
