The Bombers are yet to be defeated this year and have knocked off the Baggies in the two games they have played.
Swifts coach Tim Chatfield said he is confident his team can get the job done despite the opposition’s perfect record.
“We have learnt things each time we played them,” he said.
“There are indicators that show we have what it take to match them on the day.”
Chatfield’s team was in a similar situation to Noradjuha-Quantong two years ago, going through both the under-14 and under-17 season undefeated before losing in the grand final.
“I think what happened to us a few years ago will be in the back of their minds,” Chatfield said.
“They have got a bit to worry about. They had the week off so that isn’t always an advantage.”
The Baggies are coming off a preliminary final win against Harrow-Balmoral where they kicked 10 second-half goals to storm into the grand final.
“If we can carry our form on from the second half performance of last week we will be able to take it up to them,” Chatfield said.
“We have to go out there and play pressure footy from the first bounce. We can’t allow them to control the game in any way.
“We have to stamp our authority from the first bounce.”
Chatfield said the feeling around the group is one of excitement.
“I’d say our boys are a bit nervous but I would expect them to be so ahead of a big game,” he said.
“There was still that exciting finals atmosphere around at training. Our routine has not changed at all.”
Chatfield said his side is ready for the occasion.
“We have prepared as best we can,” he said.
“We have a 50-50 chance come Saturday.”
The game will begin at 10am at Horsham City Oval on Saturday, September 16.
