The choir will perform free concerts at the Gum San Great Hall on Saturday night at 7pm as well as at the Ararat Church of Christ at 10am on Sunday.
The Watoto Children’s Choir has been travelling extensively since 1994, sharing a message of hope for African orphans and widows.
Their Signs and Wonders tour presents a vibrant Worship Experience The Sound of a Transformed Generation.
Each child in the Watoto Children’s Choir has suffered the loss of one or both parents and now lives in a Watoto Village.
The experience of travelling has helped the children to develop their confidence and boldness as well as broaden their world view.
Accompanied by a team of adults, the choir presents Watotos vision and mission by sharing personal stories, music and dance.
The choir has toured six continents and performed in schools, churches, parliaments, and royal palaces.
