On Sunday the cast spent the day rehearsing for the three shows at the Ararat College Arts Centre.
The show, first performed in 1971 and leading to an eight-year run on Broadway, follows a group of 1950s teenagers as they navigate life, love and their final year at school.
Tickets can be purchased from the Ararat College office for the 7pm shows or 1pm Friday matinee.
Some of the students spent a night in Horsham watching the St Brigid’s College production of Grease for research and inspiration.
Adult tickets are $15 and students are $5.
