Creek contributed 12 points at 62.5 percent from the field in the win.
The Horsham basketballer also pulled down four boards and had four assists.
It capped off a successful debut tournament for Creek who averaged 14.7 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
The Australian team won its way through to the final after it defeated China 97-71 in the quarter final on Friday before accounting for the New Zealand Tall Blacks 106-79 in Sunday’s semi-final.
