Penshurst opened up an 8 goal lead at quarter time, 18-10.
An interesting battle developed between centre players Melanie Robertson and Paige Spence.
Spence was important to the Bulldogs, as she linked the defence and attack and was also creative in the goal third.
She was quick to pick up any loose balls and helped her team put pressure on the Bombers attack.
It was the Bombers leading 30 goals to 18 at halftime.
Peta Byrne continued to push in the goal circle for SMW Rovers.
She was their most accurate goalie and provided a strong target in the circle.
Penshurst led 45 goals to 27 at the final change before the Bombers finished with a resounding 60-33 goal win.
Byrne finished with 27 goals to earn best on court honours along with Spence.
