The Rats sit in sixth position, four points behind Nhill but with a superior percentage.
Rats coach Lauren said the team knows what it needs to do to cause the upset and get the points.
“Last time we only really played half a game of good netball,” she said.
“They apply a lot of pressure across the full game, so we will need to match that but we will probably have a different starting line-up to last time as well.
“We just have to make sure we start well, because that is something that has been letting us this season.
“We have certainly improved since the last time we played them and we do not want to go backwards, so if we can cause the upset, then we will be going for it.”
Armstrong said the finals is a big motivating factor for the team.
“We are still striving to slot back into the top five, it is definitely achievable for us and the team knows that,” she said.
“It is up to us to put it together in the remaining games of the season to get us into the position to play finals.
“The team is fairly aware of which games we need to win, so we definitely have our sights set on those among the rest.”
The round 11 match will start at 2.15pm at Minyip Recreation Reserve.
