The team will play up to 10 shortened games against other netball associations in the north west zone
The team was selected based on performances during the interleague matches earlier this month, with the four junior players impressing on the court.
If successful in Echuca, the team will then progress to the state finals on June 25 at Melbourne’s State Netball and Hockey Centre.
The championships come less than 24 hours after they will have played in the Wimmera association, with the Rats taking on Warrack Eagles on Saturday.
It will have meant the players will spend up to nine hours travelling during the weekend, a big commitment for these star players.
