A bus headed to BreastScreen in Ballarat is inviting all eligible women from Ararat and the surrounding areas to jump on board in June. Seventy five percent of women are over the age of 50 when diagnosed with breast cancer, and the free event will focus on women in the age group of 50-75.

“The earlier you are diagnosed the better,” East Grampians Health Service breast care nurse Sarah Carter said.
