Porter finished with 41 points to win the A Grade honours ahead of Robert Harricks after a countback.
The B Grade title went to Xavier Vearing who also needed a countback to get the victory ahead of Daryl Dunford after both scored 40 points.
Roger Harris had a one-shot win in the C Grade ahead of Cameron Lawrie.
Six players shared the nearest the pin awards while Gary Laidlaw got the secret six holes award.
Adam Tribe picked up the win in the stableford event with 40 points on Thursday.
It was a close finish with five players all finishing within three points of Tribe.
Porter commented on the condition of the course after the win and said they were among the best in the Ballarat and Wimmera region.
Having just finished the Ballarat Regional Pennant Golf rounds, Porter has a few different courses to compare it against.
The club will host a single stroke event on Saturday.
