The Rams put on a solid performance in round one when it overcame a new-look Rupanyup.
It will be all determination from the Rams who will, after the opening round win, believe they are a chance to be competitive this season.
The Storm outfit, however, will look to redeem itself after a disappointing round one when it was dismantled by its regional rivals, the Southern Mallee Giants.
Storm coach Luke Murphy said the side would be missing a couple players on Saturday.
“We have been trying out a new style of play and we pulled it off in the first quarter against the Giants,” he said. “Now we have to stick to those structures for more of the game.”
Murphy said he had been encouraging his players to back themselves.
“We have plenty of skill on the ball – now we need to look at being more aggressive through the midfield,” he said.
Murphy is confident coming into the game, saying he doesn’t know many Ram players but he believes the Storm are more than capable of coming away with a win.
