Mark Dadswell will take the reins at the Mounties while Brad Ward has stepped up to coach the Rovers.
Association president Jamie Toner said the numbers for the new under-13 season were similar to last season.
“We try and keep each team to around 20 players but there is always space for new kids to get involved,” he said.
“If any other children decide they want to join during the season, we will get them in somewhere – it is never too late.”
The competition is open to boys and girls, 12 years-old and younger.
Toner said he was excited to see some new faces on the football field this season.
“The involvement of the new families and welcoming them into the new competition is important to us,” he said.
“It is all about the fun at this stage, then when they get to the top age, you concentrate more on the skills.”
