The activity was part of the 1st Kaniva Guide’s Go Girl school holiday activity.
Go Girl is a health and well-bring program designed to be fun while empowering and developing self-confidence in girls.
Guides Leaders Helen Hobbs, Linda Young, Caitlin Cassar and Louise Hobbs took 17 girls from the district through an action packed day.
Girls made a music video to the theme song One Girl (chang the World) by Shuree to encourage physical activity.
The girls also learnt about healthy eating, meditation, self-care and expressed themselves through chalk art. The girls received a limited edition participation badge and calendar.
