Bellman got tangled up with Greg Douglas during the race which looked like it could have ended worse than it did.
Bellman said he was all smiles and back on the track on Monday.
“There was no injuries and I am all good,” he said.
“I won the first race at Yarra Valley today, so that was a bonus.”
Bellman said there was quite a few jokes made at his expense since the incident.
“We have had our fair share of comments about trying to be wannabe stuntmen and that kind of thing but it was all done in good taste.
“I think everyone was just grateful it did not end up badly.
“Needless to say we got our five seconds of fame.”
Bellman’s next race meet will be at Shepparton on Tuesday night.
