The race first started as a challenge between members of Willaura’s Joyce family in 2003, but has expanded to nearly 200 competitors taking to the roads last year.
Runners will return to Sandy Lane for the 2017 event at the weekend.
More than $44,000 has been raised for charity since 2007.
The five-kilometre walk will be on sealed roads, while the 16km and 8.5km events will include some sealed sections, and of course, the off-road adventure on Sandy Lane.
All ages and levels of fitness can enter, and spectators can also travel to Willaura to watch the event.
A free bus will be provided to take participants to their starting points, and those wishing to use it should book a seat with their entry.
Competitors in the cycling and running sections can sign up on the day, but entries had to be in by Thursday to receive a handicap.
Entries for all categories will be allowed on race day, however running times will not be captured and official results not given.
The entry fee for adults is $15, and $5 for children under 15.
The event will also host a number of community activities for families.
A free jumping castle and live music at the Pub will add to the festival atmosphere, while the Willaura pool will be open for anyone wishing to have a swim.
As many as possible are encouraged to take part in the challenging afternoon.
