The club received plenty of interest from people who attended and has now increased to more than 35 members.
The branch is the brain child of secretary John Harkin who moved from Queensland in 2013 and noticed a lack of clubs for motorcycle enthusiasts in Ararat and Stawell.
The club has been in operation for 15 months and will take part in the Jailhouse Rock festival in March.
Mr Harkin said the club’s focus was to give riders a chance to socialise with other like-minded people while also helping the community.
“Some of us went down to the Ballarat branch for the Christmas toy run last year,” he said.
“And we hope to have our own up here this year while raising funds for charity at different events throughout the year.”
Mr Harkin said people can contact him on 0416 214 631 for more information regarding club memberships.
