Gorrin House Auxiliary will receive all the proceeds from the event which will start at 8am on the Sunday.
Organiser Joy Wheeler said the auxiliary’s last trash and treasure day raised $3400 for sliding chairs at Gorrin House, Easter gifts, and a resident Christmas party.
“The money raised will be used to enhance the lifestyle of your loved one in care,” she said.
“As we are a small band of workers, we ask you help make this a success by contributing in any way you feel able”. Help is needed to set up trestle tables from 1.30pm on Saturday, and pack them away from 1.30pm on Sunday.
