Brayden Ferguson and Tyson Carr came together when Buangor was 7-85 but both batsmen were not deterred and combined to chase down the 136 for victory with three overs remaining.
Aradale won the toss and chose to bat first but the top over did the team no favours with none of the top four batsmen reaching double figures.
Riley Wood scored 56 to give his team some stability through the middle overs but the final score of 135 was always going to be hard to defend against second-placed Buangor.
Jim Fraser and Jacob Bates got Buangor off to a quick start before Bates fell for 12 off Travis Horvatek’s bowling.
