Jenny and Russel Pearse were presented the Commitment to Local Area Marketing award at the conference.
The pair received the award for their commitment to using Ararat district contractors and trades to build the reputation of the community.
They were also awarded the HIS Western Victorian Display Home in the $250,001 to $300,000 section in September.
Mr Pearse said it was fantastic to be recognised for a commitment to Ararat trades and subcontractors and the growth of the city.
“Ararat is a great livable, small city, with excellent community facilities and surrounding areas to explore,” he said.
