The Heather Hatcher Medallist was the clear standout for the Rats this season, which saw the team finish runner-up to Horsham in the grand final.

"She is a strong player in the team and always has been," Ararat joint-coach Olivia West said.
"She obviously had a good year and played predominantly at goal attack, which allowed her to push up the court and have an impact."
Kate Bligh took home the most consistent award after another top season.
"I guess it was Kate's first full season back playing and to play consistently well all year is a pretty good effort," West said.
"In my opinion she had one of the best seasons I've seen her have."
In B grade, coach Terri-Ann Lewis awarded Claire Harricks as the most versatile player, while Julia Boatman was named most consistent.
Jess Reid enjoyed a solid season and was a worthy recipient of the coach's award and Francis Butler took home the most improved trophy.
Under 17s player Kira Stapleton had a stellar 2012 season, which included representing the Wimmera Netball Association at the Netball Victoria Association Championships and playing a handful of A grade games.
Stapleton capped off her top year by receiving the under 17 best player award from joint-coaches Donna Spalding and Jakki Gibson.
Lauri Williamson was named most improved, Tiffany Boatman was most consistent and Brooke Williamson accepted the coaches' award.
In the 15 and under As, coach Mary-Lou Boatman named Cecilia Stewart as the team's most valuable player, while Breeanna Toomey was the most improved.
The coach's award went to Lucy Mills.Coaches Shani Dickens and Tiffany Boatman presented Alex Antonio with the 15 and under Bs most consistent trophy after a break out year.
Skilful duo Emily May and Victoria Clarke collected most improved awards, while Emily Borrelli earned herself the coaches' award.
All players on the 13 and under team were acknowledged for their contribution by coach Veronica Scott, however Larni Cain proved the standout taking home the coach's award.
