The Eagles are flying on the back of a comprehensive victory against the Dimboola Roos in round 11.
The Demons have been struggling of late. The side has lost two games in as many rounds without talisman Nick Pekin, who is set to return for the clash.
A loss for either side could prove detrimental to the finals draw.
Eagles coach Ryan McKenzie said his side was looking good coming into the contest.
“We should come into this game at full strength, which is something of a bonus,” he said.
“We will need to get into the game right from the start and hopefully get them on the back foot.”
McKenzie said that reigning best and fairest Kyle George would return to the team and provide pace in the midfield.
“We will try and play our game and play on our own terms,” McKenzie said.
“We are a much better team than seven weeks ago.”
